Frito Chili Pie - 2 cups Fritos corn chips, 3 cups chili, 8oz. cheddar cheese, 8oz. Monterrey Jack cheese. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer Fritos in the bottom of a baking dish top with chili and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven, serve warm, garnish with a dollop of sour cream & green onions. -- EASY AND GOOD
