Penne Bake with Spinach and Tomatoes --- easy dish, good combo. I used regular spinach leaves. I did use the specific tomatoes the recipe calles for but San marzano tomatoes would have been better. they are the ultimate tastey italian tomato!

Grilled cheese tomato and pesto sandwich. When I make mine, if I don't have pesto I just use basil. I also sprinkle the outside of the sandwich with garlic salt before cooking. Dip in a marinara sauce.
