Kid version of hit icebreaker game! It gets people mingling and talking to other people they do not know. Once people have arrived, give everyone a copy of the game and a pen. Description This is a handout for a team-building challenge. I used this with staff members and gave only the hand-out and the bag full of supplies. I also gave this to my 2nd graders with the rubberbands and strings already prepared and a few directions so that they could work together to build the tower with the cups.
