My local Kroger store clearances roses and other cut flowers almost every day after 5pm. I like to buy cut roses for $2 a bunch, cut them waaaaay down, and put them in a baby food jar. Then, I wrap the jar in the best looking leaves from the rose stems, and tie them together with a lit of raffia... It usually lasts for a few days, and I love it on the corner of my desk. For 2-bucks, it's quick to make, easy, and a no-guilt gift for yourself. ~~ Houston Foodlovers Book Club
Lovely floral design
