What is Tabata? The basic rundown is that you’ll work as hard as you can for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and complete 8 rounds for 4 minutes total. Tabata-Style Barre Workout and video

Feel the burn with this tabata-style barre workout that will leave your legs shaking! Do it at home or combine with other workouts for max calorie burn.

A barre blast workout to share with you! It emphasizes lower body muscular endurance (lots of reps!) with an inner thigh and glute emphasis. There are cardio blasts in between the segments to increase your heart rate and torch wicked calories. I’m a huge fan of changing up my strength training routines, and I especially love that barre workouts, while using light weights, efficiently fatigue the muscles. There’s a great mix of compound movements (working multiple muscle groups at the same time) and tempo variations.
