Ontem corri pela primeira vez os #20kmcascais.  Valeu sobretudo pela experiência pela paisagem pelo excelente ambiente e sobretudo um bom treino para a Meia Maratona de Lisboa.  Tirei algumas conclusões e uma delas foi que algo está mal quando corpo não obedece à nossa cabeça.  Aprender com os erros é algo que nos faz crescer de forma mais saudável e consistente. by sdanielasantos
