1/2 tangerina espanhola cortada em fatias finas 3 seriguelas maduras e com caroço 1 colher(es) de chá de açúcar gelo a gosto 75 mililitro (ml) de cachaça branca. Corte a metade da tangerina em fatias finas, coloque-os no copo com a seriguela (com caroço e tudo) e junte o açúcar. Macere suavemente até obter um bom sumo. Acrescente o gelo até a borda, despeje a cachaça e misture.
