Krempita - 2 sheets puff pastry, 6 1/3 C milk, 5 1/4 oz cornstarch, 1 oz vanilla sugar, 8 egg yolks, 7 oz sugar, 8 oz whipping cream. Prebake pastry. Mix egg yolks w/ sugar till frothy. Add one cup of milk & corn starch. Mix well. Bring remaining milk w/ vanilla sugar to boil. Once it comes to a boil, temper & slowly mix in the yolk mixture. Wisk for one minute. Cool completely.
