1 large egg 5 lg of oat bran 2 Tbs of psyllium husk 3 lg wheat bran 1 heaped tbsp of yeast 6 lg yogurt 1/2 tbsp sweetener (xylitol) 1/2 tbsp grated salt - Amounts for a form of 6 cm x 12 cm - flour of any kind is prohibited!  Mixing eggs with sweetener and salt about 1-2 minutes. In a separate bowl mix bran with yeast and put them over the eggs. Add the yogurt and mix well. Pour into a small form (I used a cardboard form 6cmx12 cm) and bake in preheated oven at 180C for about 40-50 minutes.

Spicy Snack Dukan: 100 g oat bran, 2 eggs, 1Tablespoon fat free quark cheese,1teaspoon chili flakes, salt. Grind oat bran to flour-like consistency. Mix with eggs, cheese and chili flakes (I used a mix of chili, onion flakes and dried oregano) Cover with plastic food wrap and leave it on the kitchen counter for 1 hour. Shape tiny balls, place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake in preheated oven at 180°C/325 F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
