I thought would it be nice to make some gluten free chicken dipped in wheat free  pseudo “breadcrumbs”. From there I combined some coconut and ground almonds together which resulted in a crispy exterior. As this is more of a coconut themed recipe, I only added a small amount of ground almond to hold the coconut…
