40 Quick Workouts You Can Do On Your Lunch Break

I've put together some quick little workouts that can stand on their own or would complement a little cardo perfectly. Just a little somethin' somethin' to get you + me movin and groovin. Ohh and some (random) pump up songs, just 'cause.

Seems mundane, but a trip on the Caltrain is pretty entertaining for a toddler, especially one who hates the car! We usually used it to go visit dad at work or friends on the Peninsula, but there are actually very cool stops much closer to the city, like Burlingame, with little downtown areas. You can take a train ride, get off and have lunch, visit a park and make it back before naptime. The conductors are very nice and have even offered a hand when I was laden down with baby and stroller.
