Slow Cooker Mediterranean Chicken Thigh Stew: Very good. Don't salt prior to cooking. With canned (unseasoned) artichoke hearts, tomatoes and olives, could be too salty. In my slowcooker, was 6 hours on the nose. Served over boiled potatoes.
My salad today was just a little different(: I added boiled egg and turkey jerkey for my protein instead of grilled shrimp. Spinach, chilled cinnamon butter it squash, raw asparagus, mushrooms, Annies all natural white cheddar bunnies, frozen strawberries, lemon pepper, red whine vinegar and mustard.
Spinach, chilled cinnamon butternut squash, raw asparagus, mushrooms, grilled creole shrimp, Annie's organic cheddar bunnies and frozen strawberries (don't knock it till you try it!) all seasoned with lemon pepper, red wine vinegar and mustard. Hope I didn't forget anything ;)
