Stir-Fry sauce -2/3c soy sauce -1/2c chicken broth -1/3c rice wine -3 1/2tbsp sugar -1tbsp sesame oil -1/4tsp white pepper -2tbsp oil -1tbsp minced garlic -1tbsp minced ginger -2tbsp cornstarch -1/4c water ~In bowl, combine soy sauce, broth, wine, sugar, sesame oil & pepper. Mix cornstarch in 1/4c water. Heat oil on hi heat, coat pan; add garlic & ginger; cook, stirring, about 15sec. Add soy sauce mix; boil. Reduce to med 1 min.
