Ingredients 4 cups milk zest of orange 200 g of chopped semisweet chocolate 2 spoons of sugar Preparation . Boil the milk with orange peel. Add chocolate, sugar and stir with a wire whisk until well dissolved. Remove the orange zest and serve hot.
I have a recipe for making sushi rice dressing and noticed that I have mirin "sweet cooking rice seasoning". The ingredients listed are pretty much the same as the rice dressing recipe. Should this be used straight as rice dressing for sushi?
