Found a great Mexican Fiesta Crockpot recipe on this website. Used heart healthy Campbel's soups, only 1/3 bag of the new HEB Quinoa and Flax seed chips, and 1/3 of the cheese. and kidney beans instead of Ranch Style beans (too much salt in RS!). Fabulous!
