3 Day Military Diet. I did this three day diet a couple of times when I was younger (late teens, i think) Anywho, it does work. Twice I lost 10 pounds in those three days, But if you dont continue to eat well and exercise, you will gain the weight back in the 4 days off. I always thought it would be a good jumpstart diet.
