Blue Hawaiian Cocktail: Transport yourself with this tropical pineapple and coconut cocktail. The most refreshing summer cocktail around.

Ingredients: 4 cups ice 1 cup chilled pineapple juice 1/2 cup blue curacao 1/2 cup rum 1/2 cup cream of coconut 4 pineapple slices 4 maraschino cherries  Directions: Place the ice, pineapple juice, blue curacao, rum and cream of coconut into a blender and puree until smooth. Divide evenly among 4 glasses and garnish each with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
