Hi my friends! Who’s not in love with middle splits? 🤤 good things take time, patience and consistency... we all know that! So being that said I’m sharing with you how I prepare for it... for me it’s still a work in progress! I start with butterfly pose, engaging glutei to push the knees down. Adding a twist and pushing with hands adds a bit more to the stretch. Then the frog pose 😍 this feels rather intense so make sure you’re well warmed up.
