Oporto Bridge or the Luis I Bridge spanning Porto and Vila de Gaia, Portugal over Douro River.  The bridge is sometimes called the Oporto Eiffel Bridge because the engineer, Seyrig, worked with Eiffel at the time he worked on the bridge.  Originally the bridge was a double decker traffic bridge but it is now used for trams, or trolleys, (upper deck) and trolleybuses (lower).
