Arm Workout- Growth Pyramid
Arm Blast Workout Pyramid: 4 exercises. Start at the bottom of the pyramid and work your way up. Don't rest more than 15 seconds in between exercises. This is suppose to be an intense workout. If you find yourself needing to rest more than 15 seconds, use lighter weight. Remember, control and good form first, then increase weights.
