Roasted Lamb Chops with Fresh Thyme Serves 4 12 lamb chops 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons thyme leafs 4 Garlic cloves crushed sea salt and milled black pepper Season chops with salt, pepper, garlic, thyme and 2 oil spoons. Rest for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a pan heat remaining oil and briefly brown the chops. Dispose in oven plate and roast to desired point, 10 minutes.
